LOST / "DELIVERED" BUT ITEM NOT ON SIGHT

Since we are a small business, unforunately, we are not able to handle any shipping procedures once it has been handed out to the courier. Due to that matter, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

SHIPPING 

* Please allow 2-3 business days for your orders to be processed (days when items are sorted, prepared, and packed)

* Standard Delivery is of 3-5 business days via USPS (days when your item is out for delivery) 

If your address is incorrect and the order is sent back to us: 

* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to re-deliver the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

If the product is damaged due to shipping, please send us an email at [email protected] with a photo and we will gladly replace it at no charge. 

RETURNS

* All items are final sale. Returns will not be accepted. 

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

Refunds or replacements will only be reviewed when: 

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing.

* If a customer would like to cancel his/her order that has NOT been processed/shipped.

* If he/she chooses to have a refund instead of a replacement when there is a missing item. 

* If a customer like to Edit/remove some of the iems on his/her order that has NOT been processed.

Please send us an email at [email protected] to request arefund or return. A response will be made within 1-2 business days.

If you are apporved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days. 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haben't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is oftem some processing time before a refund is posted.
